  • You are completing payment for a valid order initiated by you

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that charges will appear on your bank or card statement as:

In PayPal or payment processor receipts, transactions may appear as:

“QuantaNova Order Payment – Ref #[order number]”


  1. ORDER & PAYMENT REFERENCES

Transactions processed through this Payment Portal are assigned a payment reference number (e.g., #12345).

This payment reference is separate from your primary order number, which will be provided in a separate confirmation email and typically begins with “QN”.

You agree to use your primary order number for all order-related inquiries.


  1. MULTIPLE SYSTEMS & COMMUNICATIONS

You acknowledge that QuantaNova may utilize multiple domains, systems, and communication channels to process and fulfill your order.

You may receive:

  • A payment confirmation from checkout.quantanova.co
  • A separate order confirmation from another QuantaNova platform

These communications are part of a unified order and payment process.


  1. PAYMENT METHODS

QuantaNova may accept multiple payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Alternative payment methods

By selecting a payment method, you agree to comply with all applicable terms of that payment provider.


  1. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By completing a transaction, you agree to contact QuantaNova directly to resolve any billing or transaction concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Suspension of future transactions
  • Submission of transaction records and communications to payment processors as evidence

  • Order linkage and communication history
